5 Tips that Keep You Safe during Workout



Have you started your regular exercising program? While starting workout plan many people show so much enthusiasm; so they go hard in less time. But, as we all know any new physical activity can stress our body.No doubt, exercising is vital for maintaining good health and has its own benefits.Exercising vary to different body shapes and sizes. While practicing any new exercise, you first have to consider its technique and skill.

Every body movement has its own prons and cons, if not done properly; it can damage any bone or muscle.So you have to be cautious while choosing your exercise.Some exercises take in quick and repetitive twisting as they can injure your body part. Using the right equipment and right move of your body can help in avoiding health injuries and maintains good health promptly.

You should learn how to do workout safely in a fine and healthy way by keeping these tips into your mind:
  • ·         Don’t workout empty:
Never do your workout after having large meal.There should be a gap of at-least 2 hours between your workout and meal which will fuel your exercise.
  • ·         Wear proper clothes:
Always wear walking or jogging shoes and clothes that wicks you from sweat; keeping you cool and dry.Never go for rubberized and nonporous material clothing.Use sweats for warmth.
  • ·         Warm Up:
A proper warm up is always required before doing a intense workout as it prevents from severe injuries.Start walking, jogging or your regular activity at a slow pace and gradually speed up to reach your desired level.
  • ·         Listen to your body:
You should stop exercising if you experience any sharp pain or weakness in your muscles or going lightheaded.Wait until your body heals and come back in a previous stage.
  • ·         Steadily increase time and intensity:
Don’t be a clock-runner.Begin with moderate exercises with a span of 20-30 min in 2 weeks. Gradually, your improved stamina will allow you to workout more. Before choosing your exercise you should know your previous injuries and fitness level.

These safety tips will prevent you from injuries and increase your strength slowly. Don’t take a high jump to lose your weight or building muscles. Allow your body with some time to adapt these exercises. Always try to be safe while exercising.
